The Limbrey designs were inspired by the shape of silver pieces designed by Robert Welch in 1963. He was commissioned by Heal’s to create a range of table silver for sale in their London shop. The collection was shown at a special exhibition at Heal’s in 1964, and items on display would be made to commission from the Chipping Campden Workshop.
Our modern interpretation of this design classic is made from 18/10 mirror-polished stainless steel with oiled Walnut accents. The bowl has a removable wooden base, containing a magnet to hold it in place, and the mills have removable wooden tops for refilling.
